May 2016·acquired Panaroma Bilisim Teknolojileri Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. — Verifone bought 51% of the voting equity of Panaroma, a Turkey-based provider of new generation cash registers, on 20 May 2016 for about $6.8 million in cash plus contingent consideration valued at $3.6 million. The holder of the remaining 49% received a put option exercisable for three years after 1 January 2020.
Nov 2015·acquired Verifone Payments — Verifone signed a share purchase agreement on 6 Nov 2015 to buy all outstanding shares of InterCard AG, which it described as a leading Payment-as-a-Service provider in Germany, for about EUR 85.0m. The deal closed on 23 Dec 2015 with EUR 85.0m paid in cash and a further EUR 1.2m due later.
