What it does

Zurich embedded-finance and business-banking provider selling Swiss accounts, cards-as-a-service, self-created and virtual IBANs and payment execution, both direct and embedded in partners' products; the same page advertises "Domestic and international payments with attractive FX. Interfaces to numerous payment schemes". It appears on FINMA's Art. 1b BA FinTech-licence list of 5 September 2026 as "Yapeal AG / Zürich", one of only six holders (https://www.finma.ch/en/~/media/finma/dokumente/bewilligungstraeger/pdf/fintech.pdf). Not a provider row: it does not acquire card transactions for merchants.
