What it does
The licensed payments arm of TeamSystem, the Italian accounting and ERP software group: an istituto di pagamento authorised on 2020-06-16 that embeds collection and reconciliation into the software its parent already sells to SMEs and accountants. Its Italian authorisation is deliberately narrow — execution of payment transactions (PS_03A-C) plus payment initiation and account information (PS_070, PS_080) — and does NOT include PS_05B, so it must not be typed as an acquirer.
