What it does

Independent Swiss payment orchestrator and broker. It does not settle: it advises merchants, negotiates terms and places them with acquirers and payment providers, and resells card terminals (mobile, stationary and unattended). WEKO's 2025 Visa decision records that it acts as the Swiss distribution partner of the German acquirer VR Payment GmbH. Registered at the Handelsregisteramt Kanton Zug, UID CHE-384.508.205, legal representatives Richard Hess and Thomas Kunz.
