Ödero is the merchant-payments brand of Token Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., and the record is filed on that licence entity rather than on the group. The CBRT e-money register lists it at institution code 840 with the Law 6493 Art. 12(1) services (a), (b), (c), (f) and (g) ticked plus the Art. 18(2) e-money column (https://www.tcmb.gov.tr/wps/wcm/connect/TR/TCMB+TR/Main+Menu/Temel+Faaliyetler/Odeme+Hizmetleri/Elektronik+Para+Kuruluslari), and TÖDEB lists the same entity with the website www.oderopay.com.tr (https://todeb.org.tr/sayfa/elektronikparakuruluslari/62/3). What it sells to Turkish merchants is virtual POS, an e-wallet, pay-by-link, card-on-file, marketplace collection and dealer/supplier collection. It is a different legal person from token-financial-technologies already in the graph: its own corporate-governance page states it is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Token Finansal Teknolojiler A.Ş., the Beko terminal OEM, and the homepage calls Ödero the payment brand of a Koç Group company. The founding year is the company's own claim: the homepage structured data carries "foundingDate": "2020-07-01", and the corporate-governance biography of general manager Hande Sarıdal dates her appointment at the e-money company to 2020.
