Bitpanda Payments

What it does

Vienna e-money institution of the Austrian Bitpanda group, licensed by the FMA for the commercial issuance of e-money plus execution of payment transactions, issuing of payment instruments and money remittance. Note the licence is explicit that item 5 is issuing only - "Ausgabe von Zahlungsinstrumenten (Issuing);" with no acquiring - so this is the card-issuing arm behind the Bitpanda Card, not a merchant-side provider. The kind is the weakest field here: an e-money issuer fits none of the five kinds well, and "software" is a placeholder a reviewer should overrule if the graph has a better convention for issuers.
