• Feb 2020·übernahm Bileşim Finansal Teknolojiler ve Ödeme Sistemleri — Halkbank's board decided on 4 Feb 2020 (KAP disclosure of 5 Feb 2020) to transfer two thirds of its wholly owned subsidiary, whose field of activity the filing gives as 'Card and ATM Operation', for TRY 56,002,800 (TRY 3.23 per share on TRY 17,334,200 nominal out of a TRY 26,000,000 capital, equal to a PwC income-approach valuation dated 6 Dec 2019), with 14 Feb 2020 given as the completion date. Bileşim's own 2020 annual report confirms it became the joint associate of the three state banks in February 2020 and records about 25,000 POS sales and 221,000 merchant visits that year as field services for banks. VakıfBank bought the other 33.33% as co-acquirer. The CBRT's authorisation of Bileşim as a payment-system operator was published in the Official Gazette of 13 Feb 2020; it now clears payment-card transactions among six state banks and PTT through the TAM Takas Hesaplaşma Sistemi. The company has since been renamed Bileşim Finansal Teknolojiler ve Ödeme Sistemleri A.Ş.
