• Oct 2015·übernommen von — IPO on the London Stock Exchange at 240p per share, valuing Worldpay at £4.8B. The offer raised about £2.16B gross (£2.48B if the over-allotment was taken up), of which roughly £948M went to the company and the rest to the selling owners.
• Nov 2014·übernahm SecureNet Payment Systems — Worldpay agreed on 11 Nov 2014 to buy SecureNet Payment Systems, whose cloud-based platform integrates point-of-sale, mobile and e-commerce payments processing, from private equity firm Sterling Partners for an undisclosed price. It announced the closing on 22 Dec 2014.
