- Aug 2023·verkaufte Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş. (United Payment) — İşbank disclosed on 23 Aug 2023 that it would negotiate a merger of Moka with Birleşik Ödeme under joint management; the Competition Authority approved it in April 2024 and the merger was registered on 28 Mar 2025, creating Moka United. İşbank lost control of Moka and now accounts for Moka United as a jointly controlled entity.
- Jul 2020·übernahm Moka Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş. (Moka) — İşbank's board authorised the purchase of all shares of Moka, a payment institution, for USD 3.8 million on 27 Jul 2020, and the shares passed to the bank on 5 Jan 2021 after central bank approval. Moka later added an e-money licence and by 2024 ranked fourth among Turkish payment institutions by POS volume.
