Worldline launches €108M reserved capital increase with Bpifrance, Crédit Agricole, BNP Paribas

On 6 March 2026, Worldline issued 39.3M new shares at €2.75 to Bpifrance (€46M), Crédit Agricole (€30M), BNP Paribas (€32M). Settlement completed 10 March.
