The Swiss commercial register records Vibbek AG renamed wallee AG in November 2019 and the absorption of customweb GmbH, which wallee AG wholly owned, under a merger agreement of 8 June 2020; no price was published.
- Dec 2018·acquired by Vibbek AG management — Aduno Holding AG sold all its shares in the terminal software company Vibbek AG to Vibbek's management, announced by Vibbek on 12 December 2018, a few months after Aduno SA had sold its acquiring business to SIX Payment Services. No price was published; the Swiss commercial register shows Vibbek AG renamed wallee AG in November 2019.
