What it does

Prague fintech that introduced buy-now-pay-later to Czech checkouts ('Twisto bylo první, kdo seznámil Čechy a Češky se službou Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)', https://www.twisto.cz/o-nas/) and now also issues a card and runs a consumer account across Czechia, Poland and Romania. A payment method at checkout rather than an acquirer, listed here the way Klarna is. Incorporated 22 April 2013 (IČO 01615165); the same about page says it is today part of the fintech Param, but the operating company remains Prague-seated.
