Genuine Irish group headquarters, not a passporting shell: its own contact page heads the Kilkenny address 'Ireland (Global HQ)' with Dublin listed separately as a second Irish office, its about page states 'TransferMate is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and designated as an Electronic Money Institution.'
