What it does

Bank of Greece licensed electronic money institution (Decision 254/21.12.2017), wholly owned by OPAP through OPAP Investment Limited. It sells bill payments, domestic money transfers, top-ups and stored-value products over a retail network of more than 2,500 OPAP stores certified by the Bank of Greece as its agents, and since mid-2023 also card acquiring, which it provides on its own licence to OPAP Group betting and gaming brands in Greece and Cyprus (EUR 14.7m acquiring revenue in 2024).
