- Apr 2019·acquired Touchtech Payments — Stripe announced on 17 April 2019 that it had acquired Touchtech Payments, a Dublin software company providing SCA-ready authentication technology to card issuers such as fintechs and challenger banks, with no price disclosed. Touchtech kept developing its products from Stripe's Dublin engineering hub.
