What it does
Bank-owned central service company for Austria's domestic cashless payment infrastructure. PSA is the legal successor of PayLife Bank GmbH and took over debit issuing support and ATM acquiring after the 2012 restructuring of the Austrian card market, running the Bankomat debit card and cash dispenser system on behalf of the Austrian banks. It buys the transaction processing itself from Worldline and does not contract with merchants, so it is never a provider row.
