What it does

Spanish e-money institution (Banco de España code 6707) selling card issuing programmes with its own banking core to fintechs and neobanks, plus physical and virtual payment-gateway acquiring, virtual cards and escrow accounts. Holds both article 5 permissions in the register, issuing and acquiring, but the centre of gravity is issuer-processing, which is why kind is software.
