• May 2021·sold Global Payments — Erste Group announced on 7 May 2021 that its payments joint venture with Global Payments and CaixaBank had signed on 3 May to acquire Payone's Austrian customer base, subject to European Commission and Austrian approvals (https://www.erstegroup.com/en/news-media/press-releases/2021/05/07/global-payments-acquires-customers-in-austria-from-payone). PAYONE was then owned by Worldline and DSV Group. Global Payments reported in its Q3 2021 results that the acquisition had closed.
• May 2018·acquired by Ingenico — Ingenico announced negotiations in May 2018 and signed in July 2018 to merge BS PAYONE with Ingenico Payment Services GmbH in a non-cash deal giving Ingenico control of 52%; it closed in January 2019. The joint venture had about 330,000 acceptance points and €125bn annual volume.
• Dec 2014·acquired by DSV Group — The savings banks' service company DSV (Deutscher Sparkassenverlag) took an 80% stake in the Kiel-based online PSP PAYONE in December 2014, effective January 2015. DSV later merged PAYONE with its acquirer B+S Card Service into BS PAYONE.
