Operates Google Wallet, the digital wallet on Android devices that stores payment cards alongside loyalty cards, tickets, boarding passes, gift cards and car keys. A shopper holds the unlocked phone to the reader to pay wherever contactless is taken, and Google says that when paying with an Android phone it does not pass the real card number to the business.
