The card-issuing and payment leg sits in W.A.G. Issuing Services, a.s. (IČO 05021910, seat Na Vítězné pláni 1719/4, Praha 4), which the EBA PSD register carries as both a CZ payment institution and a CZ e-money institution, with PS_05B among its services. Two caveats: the listed parent is W.A.G PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PLC, incorporated in the United Kingdom (visible as shareholder in the ARES record for IČO 26415623), and the Czech a.s. was entered in the commercial register on 2000-12-04 under the earlier name W.A.G. minerální paliva, a.s., so founded is left null rather than guessed.
