Epassi

What it does

Employee-benefit payments. Employers buy lunch, wellbeing, commuting and similar benefits; employees pay with the Epassi app or card; Epassi contracts with the accepting merchants and settles them. Its own site describes it as 'Europe's leading provider of employee benefits technology' with a merchant network across nine markets. The Finnish licence entity Epassi Clearing Oy holds both 5a issuing and 5b acquiring, so it sits on both sides of its own scheme.
