• 2025·acquired CPayond GmbH — PAX Global reports that it sold its 50% of the CPayond joint venture during the first half of 2025 for EUR 3,367,000, equal to the stake's carrying amount. CCV's ESG report for 2024 lists CPayond as a 50% participation and states that it became a 100% subsidiary after the reporting period.
• Oct 2020·sold Nets — Nets Group announced on 23 Oct 2020 the acquisition of CCV Schweiz, a Swiss provider of card terminals and related services, cash register integration and loyalty systems with around 34,000 payment terminals, from CCV Group, saying completion was expected within weeks. Nets reported on 30 Jun 2021 that the legal merger of CCV Schweiz with Concardis Schweiz AG was completed and the two continue as Nets Schweiz AG; no price was disclosed.
