  • Feb 2025·acquired by EAVISTA Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH — EAVISTA Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH, owned by DNA Payments co-founder Arif Babayev, agreed on 17 Feb 2025 to buy the card complete stakes of UniCredit Bank Austria (50.1%) and Raiffeisen Bank International (25%), and card complete announced completion on 16 Sep 2025 after FMA and ministry approval. The two banks will offer credit cards to their own customers directly, and no price was disclosed.
  • 2015·acquired DC Bank AG — card complete bought DC Bank AG, the Vienna bank that issued Diners Club cards and signed merchants as Diners Club acceptance partners, in autumn 2015, and merged it into card complete in 2022. The Austrian competition authority listed the notification as BWB/Z-2616 with its review period ending on 23 Mar 2015.
