The acquiring licence itself sits in the subsidiary Paycomet, S.L.U. (Banco de España code 6874, Torrelodones, Madrid), which is already in the graph, so this record is the missing parent, not a duplicate of it. The graph currently holds BBVA, CaixaBank and Santander for Spain but not Sabadell, which is the fourth member of that same CNMC table.
