What it does

Belgian merchant acquirer, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Fortis, authorised by the National Bank of Belgium as a payment institution and holding its own Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard licences. It sells in-store and e-commerce card acceptance with settlement to merchants in Belgium and Luxembourg, and absorbed the Belgian acquiring portfolios of PaySquare and of Ingenico, the latter as a remedy in the European Commission's Worldline/Ingenico merger decision.
