- Apr 2026·acquired Talon.One — Adyen agreed on 23 April 2026 to buy all shares of Talon.One GmbH, a Berlin loyalty and incentives platform serving more than 300 merchants, for EUR 750 million from available cash, with the co-founders reinvesting part of their proceeds in new Adyen shares. The deal closed on 1 July 2026, the same day as Adyen's purchase of Orb.
