- Oct 2023·verkaufte Eupago — Eupago, Instituição de Pagamento, Lda bought 95.18% of APSE International, SA, the sole owner of Pagaqui, S.A., from Teya Portugal Unipessoal, Lda, the Portuguese subsidiary of the Teya group, in October 2023. The total consideration was EUR 750,000, of which EUR 659,357 was for the shares (note 9 of Eupago's Relatório e Contas 2024). Eupago's own site lists the purchase under 2024 and plans to grow the network from 2,500 to 8,000 points.
- Nov 2021·übernahm Retail Merchant Services (RMS Holdco Limited) — Retail Merchant Services' 2021 accounts state that Salt Pay Europe bought its group, RMS Holdco, on 30 Nov 2021 for a total consideration of $267m. Companies House lists Salt Pay Europe as RMS Holdco's controlling shareholder, notified from 19 Apr 2022.
- Apr 2021·übernahm Paymentology and Tutuka — SaltPay announced on 21 Apr 2021 that it had acquired the issuer processors Paymentology and Tutuka, which remain separate companies, and no price was disclosed. Companies House records Salt Pay Europe Ltd as holding 75% or more of Paymentology Limited from 26 Feb 2021 until 3 Mar 2023.
- Feb 2021·übernahm merchantpas, j. s. a. (holding Merchant Payment Acquiring Services, now Teya Slovakia, a.s.) — The Slovak commercial register lists Salt Pay Europe Ltd as sole shareholder of merchantpas, j. s. a. from 16 Feb 2021, in place of MerchantPas Group, a.s. merchantpas owned Merchant Payment Acquiring Services, which absorbed it in Dec 2023 and now trades as Teya Slovakia. No announcement or price was published.
- Feb 2021·übernahm Pagaqui — SaltPay entered Portugal in February 2021 by buying Pagaqui and announced a Porto technology hub with 650 hires for acquiring, EPOS, loyalty and e-commerce services. Teya later sold Pagaqui to Eupago, a deal already in the table.
- Jan 2021·übernahm Storyous (storyous.com s.r.o., now Teya Czech Republic s.r.o.) — Rockaway Capital announced in January 2021 that SaltPay was entering Storyous, the Czech point-of-sale and restaurant management system from its portfolio, with the amount and terms undisclosed. The Czech commercial register shows Salt Pay Europe as owner from 9 Feb 2021, and the company now operates as Teya Czech Republic s.r.o.
- Mar 2020·übernahm Borgun hf. — Íslandsbanki signed the sale of its 63.5% holding in Borgun to Salt Pay on 11 Mar 2020, subject to Financial Supervisory Authority approval, and completed it on 7 Jul 2020, after which Salt Pay owned 95.9%. Borgun acquired card payments in Iceland, the UK, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Croatia, and the price was kept confidential.
