• Mar 2020·übernommen von Nets — Nets announced on 11 Mar 2020 the acquisition of PeP, a Polish merchant acquirer with more than 125,000 POS terminals and over 600 employees, at an enterprise value of €405M. Cashless.pl reported on 27 Oct 2020 that the Nets Group had finalised the acquisition, valued at PLN 1.8bn.
• 2020·übernahm TopCard — PeP took over TopCard, a Poznań payment terminal and service provider focused on small and medium-sized merchants, in 2020, calling it the fifth acquisition in its consolidation run after NeoTU, PayUp, BillBird and PayLane. TopCard handled payments for more than 6,000 customers on about 10,000 terminals; no price was published.
• Sep 2018·übernahm PayUp Polska — Eurocash disclosed on 27 September 2018 a preliminary agreement to sell 100% of PayUp Polska to Centrum Rozliczeń Elektronicznych Polskie E-Płatności for PLN 110m, a price that could change with agreed financial targets, after a letter of intent signed on 25 June 2018, and signed the final agreement on 19 December 2018. The parties also agreed long-term cooperation so that payment services for Eurocash's customers continue; PayUp's 2017 standalone revenue was over PLN 440m.
• Mar 2018·übernahm PayLane — PayLane, an online payment integrator, joined the PeP group in March 2018, while PeP was controlled by Innova Capital; no price was published. PeP later moved PayLane's e-commerce services under the Polskie ePłatności brand so that online and terminal payments are sold under one name.
• Jun 2016·übernommen von Innova Capital and OPTeam — OPTeam agreed on 23 June 2016 to buy 50% of PeP from the state security printer PWPW, carrying 58.84% of the votes, and sold 75% of that holding to Innova Capital, which committed to recapitalise PeP. Under Innova PeP grew into a leading Polish acquirer and was sold to Nets in 2020.
