• May 2023·übernahm Kar-Tel group — PayTel, the Polish terminal acquirer owned by the SIBS group, signed a preliminary agreement in May 2023 to buy the Kar-Tel companies, which sell top-ups, bill payments and other services through payment terminals and sales systems. The company register records PayTel S.A. as holder of all shares of Kar-Tel II sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000437002, renamed from Kar-Tel in May 2023) from 20 November 2023.
• Jun 2018·übernommen von SIBS — Comp S.A. agreed on 19 June 2018 to sell 100% of its terminal-acquiring subsidiary PayTel S.A. to a SIBS SGPS group entity. 42,449 shares (55%) passed at signing for PLN 34m. The price for 100% was floored at PLN 34m and capped at PLN 200m on PayTel's 2018 to 2020 results. Comp's current report of 1 July 2021 says the last 11,577 shares (10.75% of the capital at that date) were sold on 30 June 2021 for PLN 3,652,962, bringing the total for 100% to PLN 41,106,956. KRS 0000332228 now records SIBS International sp. z o.o. as sole shareholder.
