• Feb 2025·übernahm BCC POS S.p.A. — Numia announced on 28 Feb 2025 that it had completed the purchase of 100% of BCC POS, which rents, sells and maintains POS terminals for merchants of the BCC Iccrea group's banks, from the Iccrea group after regulatory approvals. Numia planned to merge BCC POS into itself by 30 Sep 2025 at the latest; no price was published.
• Jul 2023·übernahm Banco BPM payments business — Banco BPM, BCC Iccrea and FSI announced the partnership on 14 Jul 2023 and closed it on 30 Sep 2024, leaving Numia Group 42.86% owned by FSI and 28.57% each by Banco BPM and BCC Banca Iccrea. Banco BPM received €500M immediately, including over €200M in cash, plus deferred price components of up to €80M, and Numia became Italy's second payments operator with about 400,000 POS and over €100bn of annual transactions.
• Jan 2022·übernommen von FSI — Iccrea Banca and FSI agreed on 31 Jan 2022 that FSI, through Pay Holding, would take 60% of BCC Pay at a valuation of up to €500M including a deferred component of up to €50M, and the deal closed in August 2022. BCC Pay had about 4 million payment cards, over 200,000 POS and about €50bn of payment transactions.
