- Jan 2023·übernahm Paymento Financial — ING Bank Śląski's holding subsidiary ING Investment Holding (Polska) bought 100% of Paymento Financial, the payment institution that develops and runs the technology behind ING's imoje online payment gateway, for PLN 24.4 million in cash. The Polish Financial Supervision Authority raised no objection on 27 January 2023 and the purchase was signed and completed on 31 March 2023.
