• Aug 2015·übernahm Raiffeisenbank Czech merchant acquiring business (REVO CZ) — eService, EVO's majority-owned Polish subsidiary, completed the purchase of Raiffeisenbank's Czech merchant acquiring assets and business in February 2016 for CZK 203.9 million in cash. Raiffeisenbank agreed to refer its customers exclusively to eService for merchant acquiring under a ten-year agreement with a five-year renewal option.
• Apr 2015·übernahm Raiffeisen Polbank merchant acquiring business — EVO Payments says that in August 2015 it acquired, through its 66% interest in eService, 100% of Raiffeisen Polbank's merchant acquiring assets in Poland and entered into a ten-year exclusive referral relationship with the bank. The European Commission cleared the transaction on 27 August 2015 as a joint venture of eService and Raiffeisen Bank Polska, operating under the REVO brand.
• Nov 2013·übernommen von EVO Payments International — PKO Bank Polski agreed on 7 November 2013 to sell 66% of eService, its merchant acquiring subsidiary, to EVO Payments International for USD 113.5 million plus the company's surplus cash at closing, with an earn-out and a put right over the bank's remaining 34%. EVO's IPO prospectus dates the acquisition to December 2013.
