Yuno raises $45m Series B to scale its payment orchestration platform

EU

What happened

On 12 August 2026 Yuno announced a USD 45 million Series B led by Global PayTech Ventures, with Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, QuantumLight Capital, Monashees, Kaszek, Rasmal Ventures, GrowthX Capital and Further Ventures participating. Yuno connects merchants through one API to more than 1,000 payment methods and 460 integrations across 190 countries, with routing, one-click checkout and fraud detection built in.

The company says it is on track to process USD 100 billion in annual transaction volume within twelve months, names McDonald's, NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive and Rappi as customers, and will use the proceeds to accelerate its path to profitability, fund R&D and open a GCC regional headquarters in Doha.

Why it matters

Orchestration is the layer European enterprise merchants use to stop being locked to a single acquirer, and it keeps attracting capital while acquiring itself de-rates. A funded Yuno pushing into Europe alongside Primer, Gr4vy, BR-DGE, Silverflow and Payrails means more large merchants can move volume between acquirers on commercial terms rather than on integration cost, which compresses acquirer pricing power exactly where the volume is worth most. The named path-to-profitability framing is also notable in a category that has mostly been sold on growth.

What to watch

Whether Yuno wins named European enterprise merchants rather than expanding through the Gulf and Latin America, whether the USD 100 billion volume claim is met, and whether orchestration consolidates now that several players are funded at similar scale.
