  • May 2026·acquired by WorldlineWorldline announced on 19 May 2026 that it had bought Eurobank's remaining 20% of their Greek joint venture for €72M under the agreement signed in 2022, funded from existing cash, and now holds 100% of Worldline Greece. Control did not change hands, and Eurobank remains a long-term distribution partner.
