  • Jul 2026·sold UniCredit — UniCredit Bank Austria agreed a cross-border asset deal with First Data, announced on 6 July 2026, to take over about 2,500 SME merchant customers of First Data's TeleCash business in Austria, with the price undisclosed. The merchants were due to migrate to the bank's own acquiring platform by September 2026, and the bank will also become a provider of Fiserv's Clover products in Austria.
