• Sep 2025·acquired ITCARD — SIBS signed a definitive agreement in September 2025 to acquire ITCARD, a Polish payments processing outsourcer that runs the Planet Cash ATM network and the Planet Pay terminal network and issues Visa and Mastercard cards. ITCARD says it has been part of the SIBS group since March 2026.
• 2020·acquired Romcard/Supercard group (now SIBS Romania) — SIBS completed the purchase of the Romcard/Supercard group in September 2020, paying EUR 77.2 million, which it called the largest investment it had ever made. The business, now SIBS Romania, also serves clients in Moldova, Serbia, Hungary, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia and Lithuania.
• Jun 2018·acquired PayTel — Comp S.A. agreed on 19 June 2018 to sell 100% of its terminal-acquiring subsidiary PayTel S.A. to a SIBS SGPS group entity. 42,449 shares (55%) passed at signing for PLN 34m. The price for 100% was floored at PLN 34m and capped at PLN 200m on PayTel's 2018 to 2020 results. Comp's current report of 1 July 2021 says the last 11,577 shares (10.75% of the capital at that date) were sold on 30 June 2021 for PLN 3,652,962, bringing the total for 100% to PLN 41,106,956. KRS 0000332228 now records SIBS International sp. z o.o. as sole shareholder.
