The payment device brand of XGD Inc., founded on 31 July 2001 and listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under code 300130, whose smart POS terminals are sold into more than 100 countries and regions. The group runs intelligent manufacturing, merchant services and cross-border collection side by side, employs over 1,000 people across 36 domestic and more than 10 overseas subsidiaries, and holds a Chinese third-party acquiring licence alongside a Luxembourg payment institution licence, a US MSB registration and a Hong Kong MSO licence.
