  • Dec 2016·acquired by TAS Group (Serhiy Tihipko) — TAS Group, owned by Sergey Tigipko, completed its purchase of Eurobank's Ukrainian subsidiary Universal Bank on 23 December 2016 after regulatory approvals, without disclosing a price. The National Bank of Ukraine approved the qualifying holding on 16 December 2016, and the shares are held through Cyprus-registered Bailican Limited.
