- Jul 2016·acquired VocaLink — Mastercard agreed to buy 92.4% of VocaLink, which runs the UK's Bacs, Faster Payments and LINK ATM infrastructure, for about £700M after cash and certain liabilities, with up to £169M more on performance targets. The selling banks kept 7.6% for at least three years.
