What it does
United States card network made up of three parts, Discover Network, Diners Club International and PULSE, which by its own account carries more than 378 million cards, is accepted in over 185 countries and territories and saw 622 billion dollars of customer spending across the three in 2024. Its own site splits the offer into enabling acceptance for merchants and acquirers, fraud and security tooling, PCI compliance support, and issuing programmes for banks and fintechs.

- May 2015·sold Cornèr Banca SA (Cornèrcard) — Announced 6 May 2015; Banca d'Italia approved the takeover on 15 September and it closed on 1 October 2015, price not disclosed. Cornèr had taken over the right to operate the Diners Club card business in Switzerland on 15 March 2014. After the takeover Dinit managed card processing for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy and Slovenia. Cornèr's Annual Report 2025 lists Diners Club Italia S.r.l. as in liquidation.
