  • Jun 2025·acquired by Fiserv — Fiserv agreed in June 2025 to buy AIB's 49.9% of their joint venture AIB Merchant Services and completed it on 5 Sep 2025 for $420M, including $195M of cash held, according to its Q3 2025 10-Q. Control did not change hands, and AIB continues to refer businesses exclusively to Fiserv's acquiring.
